Pasting a month’s worth of “20-minutes of daily work” into a single post leaves me with a couple thoughts. The first is, if you have a large project that seems overwhelming, like writing a book, consider doing a paragraph a day. It doesn’t take much time, but when you assemble it all together, those little blips of work add up.

The second thought is, if you’ve enjoyed learning via small lessons like this, consider my upcoming 52-Week EveryBody Biomechanics course. The lessons are slightly longer, but then again, you’ve got a week to digest an idea or exercise!
